  1. Installation Using the LCD Display

        The LCD display will ask you whether or not you want initialize the NAS once is has detected that the NAS has not yet started to initialize.

        Please use the “enter” button on the bottom right side of the LCD display to confirm that you want to initialize the NAS. The system will now start the initialization process.

       

        Press "enter" button to continue.

       

        Press "enter" button to continue.

       

       Initialization is complete when the NAS’s IP address is shown on the LCD display.

       NOTE: The password for the “admin” account will be set to “admin”

 

2. Main Page

In main page, you will see the NAS's name and address. Then, Press any key to enter main menu.

3. Main Menu

In the main menu, you can press up/down button to select the information that you wish to view.

3.1  One Touch Backup

Select "1 TOUCH BACKUP" main menu, you will be able to back up your data from your NAS to external USB device vice versa.

To back up:

Press "enter" button to continue.

Press "enter" button to continue.

Wait till back up is finish.

 

To eject the device, use up/down button to change function to "EJECT DEVICE"

Press "enter" button to continue.

You can safely remove the device afterwards.

3.2  Network

You can view your IP address and subnet mask under NETWORK in MAIN MENU

Press "enter" button to continue.

To view your LAN IP address and subnet mask, please press "enter" button to continue. Or press up/down button to select the WLAN port information that you wish to check.

Press "enter" button to continue or press up/down button to select the LAN port that you wish to know

Press "enter" button to continue or press up/down button to select the information that you wish to check.

Press "return" button back to last page and then press up/down button to view subnet mask.


3.3  Storage

You can view your volume status under Storage in MAIN MENU.

     

      Press "enter" button to continue.

    

     Select the volume that you wish you check and then press "enter" button to continue.

    

Press "enter" button to view total space of volume1. You can also press "up/down" button here to select other information that you wish to check for volume1.

Press "return" button to back to last page to view other information.


3.4  Temperature

You can view your cpu, HDDs, and system's temperature under TEMPERATURE in MAIN MENU.

Press "enter" button to continue.

Press "enter" button to view cpu temperature. You can also press "up/down" button here to select other information that you wish to check.

     

3.5 OPERATION

You can shut down or restart the NAS under OPERATION in MAIN MENU.

Press "enter" button to continue.

Press "enter" button to continue or press "up/down" button to select the other operation that you wish to execute.

Press "enter" button to shut down the system.

3.6  Configuration

       You can rename your NAS or change network settings of any LAN under CONFIGURATION in MAIN MENU.

      

       Press "enter" button to continue.

      

       Press "enter" button to continue or press "up/down" button to select the network setting that you wish to change/view.

      

       Press "return" button to continue.

      

       Press "enter" button to save it.

       To view/change network settings.

      

       Press "enter" button to continue or press "up/down" button to switch to other LAN

      

       Press "enter" button to select get IP by DHCP or press "up/down" button to set up static IP for LAN1.
