What is Teamviewer(please use Teamviewer 11) and how can Asustor Support Engineer help me with it?

Teamviewer is a remote desktop software which you can install your notebook or PC and Asustor support engineer can connect to your notebook or PC just like he/she is operating your notebook or PC to check the NAS situation and your network environment to know more precisely what can be the cause of your reported issue.
