Why I cannot access my NAS shared folder, even I login with the correct username and password.

It is because Windows can only accept one account login at a time, if you have encountered this issue, please try the one of the methods below to solve it:

1. Please go Access Control > Local Users > Click guest account > edit > disable guest account. Then, off your PC guest account and reboot the PC.

2. You can refer to the link as below to clean the credential on your PC. Then, off your PC guest account and reboot the PC.

3. Open a command prompt, and run "net use /delete * /y" to clear the credentials on your PC. Then, off your PC guest account and reboot the PC.

 

For your information, if the method that you tried doesn't work, please try another one.
