Why I am not able to see Photo Gallery from remote location browser even I have installed it in App Central?

1. Please kindly check if you have enabled the web server service in Service/Web Server. 2. check if the web service port is forwarded in Setting/Ease of Access * if Photo Gallery still does not appear, you may try to disable web server in step 1 and then enable web server again to make sure the web server is on. * if the web service port 80 above is occupied, you can change the NAS web service to different port number such as 8080 or others in Service/Web Server: | |
