Posted by Jack Ni on 16 October 2014 09:39 PM

There are three limitations on Surveillance Center for MAC OS.

1. There is only one channel can be supported by Playback mode.

2. Advanced search doesn't work.

3. Safari and Firefox are only two supported browsers.

To install add-on for MAC OS, users must allow unauthorized APP to be installed. (Once the add-on is installed successfully, please DO remember to switch back.)

Close all the in use browsers in order to make the change to take place.

Go to the download Finder to install the add on.

Once the installation is completed, open Surveillance center again.

And then close the all the browsers again and then relaunch Surveillance Center. Users should be able to have Surveillance Center work on Safari and Firefox. Please DO remember to change the Security & Privacy settings back.
